Without a monitoring and incident response strategy in place, businesses become more vulnerable to expensive downtime.
It is estimated that downtime costs businesses £3.6 million annually.
It is often impossible to quantify the true business impact associated with downtime. It is even tougher to find out how many missed clients you have not gained because news has got around about issues with your service. An outage does not need to be large in scale to cause serious damage to a business. Micro-outages, which are short-live and affect a portion of users can still damage sales and frustrate customers. However, no matter have large or small your business is, you can’t manage and afford long downtime.

Benefits of Monitoring & Incident Response

Cost Savings
If minor issues are left untreated, they can turn into a crisis which may be costly to rectify. By using Digitance, you can be assured that your systems are effectively monitored 24 x 7 x 365, and in conjunction with your BCM ensure that no matter what life throws at your system, we know about the problems early on and have the processes in place to deal with them.

Easy Onboarding
All that is needed to onboard your endpoints is a simple agent install on your endpoints. We can automate this from a central place once we have the necessary credentials for your systems.

Improved Hardware
Our monitoring software doesn’t only monitor networks but all hardware. For example, the monitoring system will detect us if a computer is not working properly. We then have options to either repair or replace it mostly likely before your end-user even know the computer has an issue.
How does our Monitoring & Incident Response System Work?

Monitors your Infrastructure
Our intelligent software proactively monitors all your IT infrastructure such as Servers, Workstations and Other Devices (Printers etc). It carries out thousands of checks 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Detects Issues
If an issue is detected (server offline, services stopped, overheating etc.) it will activate an alert. The system will automatically try to fix the issue in real-time. The chances are you will not even know that any of your services are effected.

Alerts Our Team
f the system cannot fix the issue it will then alert our engineers. Our engineers will make you aware of any potential reduced service.

IT Support Hours Available
If you have already taken out IT Support package we will go ahead and fix the issue (based on your chosen SLA) deducting the hours from your current balance.

No IT Support Hours Available
If you do not have any hours, we will send a quote straight away with a price to fix the issue. You can then choose to go ahead and fix the issue.

Check Up & Report
We will check make sure the issue is fixed and we will send a comprehensive report and use these in the future to find ways to improve your IT services.
